Would love to get some feedback on Rewards and Recognition Software...

We're in the process of a software re-development project and I'd love to get some feedback. Some background first: We create and manage reward and recognition programs (such as employee recognition, sales incentives, service awards, e-learning/training, lead generation etc.) for corporate clients. We use our proprietary software to manage these programs on the Internet.

The current version of our software is versatile, scalable and flexible; and the new version will build upon this to include more customization, functionality and inclusions. It will also be available in a boxed version (you host software) as well as software on demand (we host software).

So... here's the feedback part

Do you use rewards and recognition programs for your employees / channel partners and/or customers?

If yes, how do you manage them?

If you don't use reward and recognition programs, do you foresee a need in the future (if you don't, can you share why?)

When choosing how to manage your programs, what are the important considerations for your decision making process?

One last question... although if you want to add more comments and feedback I'd love to hear... If you could "wave your magic wand" what would your ideal incentive management tool and/or provider look like?

I thank you all in advance. The reason for this request is that we simply want to ensure that our end result provides what our target market is looking for.
