I'm a little confused by your question...team building topics??? Well, if I understand your question, the most commom topic areas for doing team building include: a)Dealing with personality differences; b)Clarifying roles; c.)Establishing team rules for working together; d.) Defining team mission and goals; e.) Making decisions and problem solving; f.) Making the most of team meetings; g.) Evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of the team.
Those are the general categories. If you need resources, please let me know.

If you are looking for Team building ideas I suggest the best way is the "Fun going ones". I attended a 6 day Team Building Seminar. It was an experience that would last me a life time. It included things such as:
Crossing your arms, closing your eyes and letting yourself drop (fall) back and letting your team members catch you. Then they lift you in the air shake you and pass you around. Each team member takes a turn at that.
Another event was to have one team leader. All the other members where to have and keep their eyes closed. The team was handed a closed rope. The team leader guided them and gave them instructions on how to build a pentegon.
Another event. We were handed a sheet of paper with a list of supplies. We were shipped-wrecked in the Pacific Ocean and as a team we had to choose what supplies we would handle.
Another event: We had to carry our team members over an electric fence without leaving anyone on the other side.
Another event: We had to cross over the moon and build moon buggies with limited supplies.
And many more like these.
It has been two years since those events and None we are not a team in the company any more, but we are still a team outside of the company. We maitain very close contact and still help each other in our careers and our personal life.
Hope this helps.
