What about using the test results as a basis for beginning the coaching relationship between worker and supervisor? Does your company have a career development program? If so, you could discuss incorporating the test results with the individual development plan. The employee and supervisor would set goals for the employee development based upon the company goals, the employee's goals, and supported by the test results.

We use many assessments. My favorite is developed by Dr. David Bartram B.A., Ph.D., C.Psychol., F.B.Ps.S., F.Erg.S. It is called Total View. Dr. Bartram has a pedigree as long as my arm and if you email me I will send it to you on request. Total View can be used in hiring, succession planning, coaching, and training. Total View will build a success pattern from existing employees and then that pattern can be used in the selection of new employees. It will generate 5 different reports and you can build your own database within your company and select candidates for other positions within based upon success patterns built on requirements for each position.
