I have been asked to find a company who administers the Myers Briggs test and I’m having a difficult time. There are many online tests to take, but I haven’t found anyone who will come into my organization and administer it to our employees. Can you help?

Try some of the professional organizations like American Society for Training and Development ASTD.org. There should be a list of service providers with descriptions of the types of services they provide. I haven't looked for awhile so don't know if it will specifically say "Myers-Briggs" but I know there are consultants who can administer it.

Contact DRI Consulting, an excellent firm out of the Minneapolis area. They allow you to administer the Myers-Briggs online and they provide a one-half hour consultation with a licensed psychologist re: the results. Contact them at www.dric.com or 651-415-1400. Tell them Vince O'Connell recommended you to them.

I highly recommend contacting Otto Kroeger Associates - They are the best of the Myers-Briggs certified trainers and they can put you in touch with an approved provider in your area.

Myers Briggs was so popular in the late 80's and early 90's, look at what you are really testing for and what their test gives back to you. We dropped it to go with GSW. Type A, B or whatever personality traits have been prove to be way off.

Open your testing spirit and devise real examples for your position. Not only can you create your own template, you will also not face legal challenges as Myers Briggs can actually set you up for discrimination issues.

Only very poorly done Myers Briggs can set you up for discrimination issues. The instrument and the approach is sound, the problem in less than ethical applications - not the instrument.
I'd call Otto Kroeger Associates too, or contact CAPT for a full listing. But you can't go wrong with Otto and Janet
