State of Michigan Training Grant?

Our office in Detroit has won a large training grant from the State of Michigan. Before we accept it I would like to have some feedback from anyone with experience working with a MEDC/OCC grant. I am the training director for the company and I'm not located in Detroit. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
