What are some of the factors that your company (or any company) uses to asses high-potential within a given employee. By recognizing a high-potential employee, management in these instances are most likely looking to further develop and hone this employee's work skills for a promtion, another job function, added responsibilities, etc. What factors are the best to recognize high-potential?

Potential is a fairly general term. A more specific goal would be matching the right people with the right position, whatever it may be. We use DISC and DNA of Job Performance to accomplish these goals. Remember, some experts say that as many as 50% of the workforce is mis-cast in their current job.
