Dear nda818 --

Depends on what you want to accomplish. A good overall resource book is:

Practicing Organization Development
Rothwell, Sullivan, McLean
ISBN #0-88390-379-2

There are lots of books on OD. However, it is unclear when you say you are "trying to put together an OD program" it rings of setting up a curriculum such as might be taught at a Univ. If that is your intent then survey the colleges and universities in your area to see what they offer currently. If not maybe one of them would be happy to place an intern with your organization as a project.

Check out AN EXPERIENTIAL APPROACH TO ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR by Dr. David Kolb. It is a wonderful text full of asessments, instruction, and execises. Its table of contents should provide you with many helpful ideas.

Also, see Peter Senge's DANCE OF CHANGE and FIFTH DISCIPLINE HANDBOOK.
