Hi Gary,
We have to be more specific re: your needs. Are you talking about developing a company-wide mentoring culture? Or are you looking at specific costs to hire a professional development coach? We provide the latter at a cost of about $350 per month per case.

Thanks. I meant what are the costs associated with implementing a site-wide mentoring program. Are they relatively high, low? What do they entail, etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for a ball park amount of the soft or hard costs, or both? We have developed a five step strategic process to guide Corporations through the successful implementation of a Mentoring Program(pilot). Depending on how involved we get and what tolls thecompany wished us to provide (as in templates) it would cost approximately $5000. This also includes facilitating a networking event for the potential/selected candidates.
Above this would be the cost of hosting the networking event, the participants time away from the office while in Mentoring meetings (but who's to say that that is in fact "down" time). Please contact me for further details on our program at vicki@coachingclinic.com
