I have recently started a career services business. I assist job seekers with getting and keeping jobs. I'd like to develop a training seminar geared to new hires. The topic is How To Succeed on Your New Job. From an HR perspective, what skills would you like to see taught in such a seminar? Please, any advice would be helpful!

I think some of the topics that should be included, but never are: Office Politics, Gossip, Face time etc...
