A member of the director's staff is interested in developing/expanding her leadership skills, specifically those skills related to managing organizational change. I've already done some preliminary research on the internet and found some workshops and seminars that look promising (tompeters!company, Darden Executive Education-U VA, and the Disnewy Institute). I was wondering if anyone can recommend some other sources, especially on a local level or some online programs. Thanks.

My company is developing innovative online courses for The Performance Center, an organizational training company with offices on the East and West coasts specializing in change management and change methodology. They provide small group training, organizational wide training, seminars, books, and of course online training. We had one presented at our service unit. It was called "Leadership in Context". Was an excellent course. One of the things that contributes to the excellence is the teachers themselves.

Do you recall whether it was an in-house presentation or was it a consulting firm that delivered the course? If the latter, do you recall the name of the firm?
