Dear Colleagues:

Has anyone had any experience designing and deliving OSHA health and safety training in a back office, insurance claims operations environment? What topics did you deliver? Did you use outside vendors/suppliers? What delivery or "blended learning" methods did you use?

Thanks,

Paul,
Yes, we've done training for office environments before. The key is to ensure that the training is relevant.

Start by examining the enviornment relative to the OSHA standards. Most generally, there will be few to contend with. However, the following topics are generally pertinent:
HazCom, ergonomics, slips/trips/falls, electrical risks and sprains/strains.
