I've read in depth about Belbin and the self perception inventory. All the detail is available in books and handouts of courses that I have been on and run. I have never seen a copyright restriction on its use. As a self employed Life Coach can I use the material avaialbe?

My understanding of the copyright issue on the Belbin SPI is that, although the theory is in the public domain and may be appropriately used, the questionnaire is copyright. For the up-dated questionnaire visit Dr Meredith Belbin's website at http://www.belbin.com
