Many thanks for your kindness in responding. The high potentials I was referring to are those employees who have the potential to move into senior level (VP's or Corporate positions) in either technical or managerial career paths. In some cases, these people may be fairly junior in the organization at the moment and their development may take years. In other cases, they have established careers and are waiting for the right opportunity to open up.
