Treating employees in a newly acquired company
A forum for exchanging ideas about skills training, leadership training, management training, compliance training, e-learning, as well as organizational development and effectiveness.
I have recently acquired an existing company of approximately 40 employees. I would like to lay off and re-hire the best of the lot. Some advice on the steps that I should follow would be appreciated.
