"fook"
What a plateful, what a load of garbage, what nerve, how dare they task 'poor-little-ol-you' with such a massive undertaking. Can you "feel" my sympathy, do you know that I truly and really "share your pain"! Now how are you supposed to proceed with this, well my first question would be, what does your organization need to be more effective at - /> is it an improvement in one of the value chains, /> is it in servicing customers, controlling costs, or leading your industry, /> is it bringing new product to market, In a word, what are the areas where your firm can make incremental improvements and yet realize the largest results? Next, you will want to identify the specific areas in the firm where performance improvements will make the greatest difference - what skills, beahviors, specialized knowledge, processes, and other competences might be needed for each group? Then after all that I would say that you would need to define the objectives, targets and goals for each training intervention - oh, I think you have more than enough to get started on this project. Let's see how all this plays itself out. Regards, sunesys http://www.syntopic.net FREE eBook improves your Creativity and Innovation |
