All of the sales force training that I have designed has been around the processes the sales person faces not just the products. The products are taught as part of the overall solution. I designed this type of training for Banks as well as one of the largest insurance companies.

Greetings,
I'd like to hear more about how you trained the business processes, not just keystrokes. Also, how did you "sell" the processes and the products?
Thanks,
Julie
