If your employees are required to log daily activities into a central database they can use a specific code and key words for training, which can be gathered by your training coordinator. That data can be gleaned and then entered to a separate database. I can document who spent time training, for what client, for how long. I can document if they were certified or if the training is in process. This process projects man-hour costs, training costs per client, and additional training needs. We can document unusual training constraints as for time or costs thus enabling the managers to make projections for "future" training needs. |
