Worker and Manager Productivity Linkage
To raise HR productivity levels T&D organizations in and outside corporations must embrace and fund more effective learner retention training design technology and delivery/evaluation methodologies. Traditionally designed and delivered business and industry training packages won't make the grade in today's hi-tech learning and competitive environment. Precision-based industry training design© techniques that produce learner packages that contain 100% of the occupational jobs and tasks current practicing individuals use in order to be highly successful workers (and managers) must become the norm rather than the exception. Without P-BIT Design technology workforce learner retention rates will remain low. Performance-based training delivery and evaluation methodology too must become a normal part of training workers (and managers) if high learner retention is to be achieved and workers (and managers) are ever going to be expected to become high performers who are extremely productive. High learner retention transfer back to the job can only be achieved through professional prescribed precision-based training design technology, performance-based training delivery and evaluation, and continued on-the-job learning.
