I do not have any "hard" statistics and , although I'm disabled and a trainer on disability sensitivity so you can figure I might have a bit of a "slant", but it just seems training in any mode other than in person is like listening to a tape versus going to a concert - two entirely different experiences! and an in-person session is much more impactful & that is why do it in the first place - results/impact
