Hi,
I'm trying to track down some information regarding the effectiveness of eLearning. I'm looking for the following or any other data / sources:

-what % of employees who are offered an eLearning solution actually enroll
-what % of employees who enroll in an eLearning course complete the course
-how often do employees use an eLearning service/product (# of logins per month, # of hours per month)
-what metrics/benchmarks/criteria are they using to judge an eLearning
programs success (organization-wide)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
