I need to put a train the trainer program together for my hourly production trainers. Any advice on where to start gathering good information or resources?

If you want to put together a top-notch program for your production trainers, then attend Dr. Edward E. Jones Train-the Trainer program. Once you have the information from this program, you are ready and capable to create and develop effective programs for any needs you or your company may need. I attended the program and it made a world of difference. I changed my teaching methods modified my programs and the difference is remarkable. Increased retention of the subject matter is one of the many benefits you will experience with this program. Best thing I ever did for myself and the company.
