An exerise I have been involved in requires a wide range of art and craft materials which are used to design a 'logo' [or picture of etc] for the oganisation. It is a team exercise, fun, and brings out relevant issues, foci etc fo the organisation. All matreials are place in the 'centre' and are taken by each group as they need them.
Good Luck

One exercise I have used in the past is "Sell that Vision." Split the group into teams of 4-6 and have them develop a commercial based on the company's vision statement. Give them 20 minutes to prepare, 5 minutes to present, and each team member must participate in the presentation. Keep a list of the teams on a flip chart and once each team has completed their presentation have the entire group vote on which team successfully sold the vision and award them with an old or really cheap trophy. Not only does this exhibit the importance of each team member it illustrates the importance of the company's vision and what effect they have on it.
Let me know if you have any questions. Good Luck!
