I am trying to research different methods of providing Sexual Harassment Prevention Training to my organization of 400. Does anyone have suggestions on in-house training or outside vendors that did an exceptional job at a reasonable price?

We are purchasing an on-line training module from an organization called RedHawk/EthicsCoach. We have not yet rolled out the program however I can tell you that they have made the planning process simple!

RedHawk currently offers a module which may meet your needs. The web site is www.ethicscoach.com. Hope this helps!

We are a consulting engineering company, and are using HRComply.com for our Title VII training. It's a turnkey system (Brings you through the whole process). It's online training and online tracking which makes it easier to track comliance. The only real negative I have experienced, is the report is not too user friendly. Overall, though, it's good for a busy organization (where it might be hard to get everyone to attend a training session). Once we got the masses trained, we incorporated the training into our orientation. Good luck.

Hi:

FEI Behavioral Health, one of the nation's leading providers of workplace solutions, is one of the most affordable options available for this type of training; costs are typically $110.00 per hour, or $400 for 1/2 day training.

If you are in the Philadelphia area Jonathan Segal a partner at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen conducts sessions for managers and employees - we are able to put about 90 people in the room and have not found an impact on learning. He takes a challenging topic and makes sure that the learning is quick, practical and engaging.
Contact Jonathan at 215-977-2628 or at jsegal@wolfblock.com

We recently had Sexual Harrassment training in our facilty. It was conducted by our company attorneys and they did an excellent job. Best of all it was free of charge.

One of the most effective consultants I've used is The Sable Group from Weston, CT. They deliver with high quality, experts with broad backgrounds/skills, and are highly customer oriented. They provided training for over 20,000 employees, management and executives across multiple locations, and they had an impressive list of varied clients. They delivered on time and on budget with superior results.
