When your new hire joins your organization they expect to be greeted by people.
e-learning has its place but lets remember that here, when a person starts with our organization we want them to feel welcome. We have invested in getting them in - now lets keep them. What about developing an interactive workbook where they interact with different departments and teams to find answers? Remember people have different learning preferences and being sat in front of a VDU to learn will only fit with a percentage of new people.
