Do any of you OD professionals have a handy checklist that you wouldn't mind sharing for when you meet with new clients?

Hi
We have developed a product for just this purpose. It is called the Business Improvement Review or BIR.

Many consultants use either the full instrument to orientate the clients needs, others use a short form which often leads to the full review.
