Hi:
Can you be more specific about what you are looking for? Something like for every 1% in culture improvement there is a 2% increase in revenue? Feel free to contact me directly if you wish. Rebecca ral@pmginternational.net or 602.850.4260 |

Hi
To me one of the latest trends in Organizational Development (OD) is the increasing use of holistic diagnostic methods used prior to undertaking company wide development programmes. This involves using diagnostic tools which look at the whole organization rather than just the people aspects a complete Business Improvement Review. These reviews are not tied to any specific change process but are generic in nature. This allows the change agent to be more strategic with their recommendations and generates top level involvement. Another trends on this line is the increased preparedness for CEOs to involve OD change specialists in diagnosing culture and change requirements prior to other change initiatives. It looks like the world of the OD practioner is opening up again. Mike Morrison www.rapidbi.com strategic diagnostic tools |
