When someone receives a Graduate degree, when do you reimburse them and how much? What are some common reimbursement timelines?

Hi,
The practice that i have at my end are:
1. For full sponsorship - Colleague pay upfront for the tutition fees and seek reimburement upon completion of each module.
2. For partial sponsorship (up to 35%) - Colleague pay the entire course fees and only seek reimbursement after completion of the entire program.

The difference between the 2 sponsorship programs are that we tie these very closely to performance appraisial system before awarding.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
