Amith, Im not exactly sure what you are looking for. Is it how managers/supervisors can use performance appraisals to identify training and development needs, or is it how to use the data from appraisals to create a calendar?

If the latter, I can suggest that performance appraisals are just one input into a training needs analysis. And to do this, I would suggest you review and classify each of the needs identified in the performance appraisals. Convert the needs into appropriate training courses (or other interventions). Then prioritize their importance and aggregate the results so that you end up with a list of courses and participant numbers against each. Then negotiate a delivery schedule that fits in with managers/supervisors and employees. And all the while, keep an eye on your budget. I hope this helps.
