Dear Professional,

Thank you for participating in this survey. Our participation will help me to fulfill requirements for my PhD degree. The objectives of this research is to examine the effectiveness of forced ranking systems, the applicability of the forced ranking process in small and large businesses, and to evaluate the arguments of opponents of force ranking systems. The purpose of this survey is to get your personal opinions of your performance and productivity after your performance ranking. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.

Why you should participate:

By participating in this study, you will be providing valuable information that will help to understand the effectiveness of forced ranking systems as perceived by those who are ranked by these systems.
The survey results will yield insight into how forced ranking systems effect employee performance and productivity after their performance ranking.
As a survey participant, you will receive a copy of the survey results.


Your completion of the survey signifies your consent. You may change your mind and leave the survey at anytime, or choose not to answer questions, even after the study has begun.

Your responses will remain completely confidential and will only be used in aggregate with other survey responses.

Note: Questionnaires are numbered for record keeping purposes only.
