I am currently in the process of designing a Management Trainee Program. The biggest obstacle I am facing write now is the design of the self-evaluations and mentor evaluation forms. Has anyone created this program from the ground up that could provide me with insight/examples on evaluations for Management Trainees? Or has anyone gone through a Mangement Trainee program that would have an example of the forms used? Any insight on a successful Management Trainee Program would be greatly appreciated! Thanks |
