FINALLY! I've convinced them to hire someone to lead the training effort in our manufacturing plant!

Now I need a job descriptioon for a trainer who will oversee the entire training program. Can anyone help by sending me a current job description for your Trainer and/or training staff? Thanks!

Job description of Trainer :

1. Identify training needs by himself or through consultation of HOD
2. Prepare training modules as per TNI (Training needs identified)
3. Decide upon the methods of imparting training & evaluating training
4. Prepare the training presentation / material by innovative ideas & exploring sources of information
5. Impart the training or take help of some external trainer for the same
6. Evaluate the training imparted by various methods
7. Document the same
8. Arrange for re-training the employees depending on evaluation
9. Repeat or iterate the same process
