Outsourcing Policies and Procedures...how and how much?

I am currently looking into the idea of outsourcing my company's policies and procedures. We're a large US-based Fortune 100 company with over 200,000 employees. As we wade in to new highly-regulated areas of business, it's becoming increasingly more difficult to support documentation and maintenance of policies and procedures from within.

Has anyone had experience with outsourcing policies and procedures? I'd welcome any stories, or recommendations of how to go about finding a vendor and determining scope and cost.

If my research uncovers anything of vlaue, I will share it here.

where are you placed and would you be willing to look up options from India. What exactly are the policies and procedures that you want to outsource.
