Can anyone recommend a seminar group/company that provides quality cultural or diversity sensitivity training in the Seattle, WA, area? We would like to require this of an employee who has been disciplined for related behavior, so any suggestions along those lines are appreciated as well.

I suggest that you contact an organization in California, The Griggs Productions Corporation. I have for many used used their materials, and that are of high quality and value. They have published training materials, videos and self teach programs, CD-ROMS, etc. on diversity and managing culture in their "Valuing Relationships" series. Louis Griggs is the current founder and owner of the company, and frequently asks companies to collaborate in partnerships to develop new material. Go to this link:
