I have had great success in using some of the team building packages. I recently used "Trouble on the Inca Trail" with an IT group. In the past, I've used "Stranded in the Himalayas" with a large Customer Service team (we ran two separate sessions). These are available through Pfeiffer. Typical cost is $25/facilitator's manual (one time) and $8-$10 per participant's guide. The key is in the job your do with debriefing and relating it to the team's current challenges, including how they can use the experience in future interactions.
