CAN YOU HELP? We are trying to determine the best approach for a new strategy around how we offer our continuous learning leadership courses. We currently employ an open enrollment/self register model, where employees can self-select courses aligned with their development plan. We are looking for you to share information on a team model, where offerings would be available primarily to intact or cross functional teams.

If you have used a team approach, please provide us with feedback on your experiences. We will in turn, collect the data and share the results with you as long as you provide us with your contact information on the last page of this survey. If you do not have any experience using a team model, it is not necessary to complete the survey. If you know someone else who might provide valuable input, please feel free to forward the link to this survey.
