Your employee might try asking colleagues for feedback on a regular basis. One approach is to ask valued colleagues to give you one thing they would like you to do diffently, and then follow up with them once a month, to get their views on how you are progressing on adapting to their suggestions. If they commit to 6 months of follow-up conversations, the likelihood of actually accomplishing change is, I think increased, over that of a single training or coaching intervention. When the single issue is resolved, with a colleague, the employee may be motivated to try another... |

We have had great success with interpersonal skills development with a program call Performance IQ coaching. A performance coach works with your employee online and over the phone. First a metrics-based assessment is taken to measure the variables of Performance IQ which includes Interpersonal as a tested 'driver'. The coach we used is Axel Meierhoefer.
