Joint Ventures Between US and Indian Training Firms

I am interested in any first hand experience in the development and operation of US-India joint ventures regarding instructor-led classroom training. Issues are intellectual property protection, instructor trainng, quality control, and fees or royalties. We are a US based training firm with clients with sizable operations in India that have asked us about conducting trainng for their Indian operations.

Has anyone done any proprietary training outside of the US using local instructors? How did you accomplish the instructor training and the intellectual property transfer and protection?
