I like the idea of a pre-training assignment online before actual in-class learning. Once classes begin, some of the private issues (biases) can be explored in the open, that is in the classroom, in very general ways. How can I use their personal and professional experiences within the curriculum? 3. How can I attach course requirements/assignments to their workplace requirements? I'm sure others have more suggestions. http://www.learnapplychange.com/ |
