I am new to the training field and have been asked to deliver a presentation. In my presentation I have been asked to talk about my adding model for my topic; however I have no past experience with an adding model, and honestly have never heard of one before. Would anyone be able to tell me what is an adding model is in regards to a training presentation. Thanks.

I think you mean an ADDIE model. This is the data gathering of the instructional design. Analasis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation.
Google and you will find a lot of information on it.
