Can anyone provide perspective on succession planning software that works for small to medium size companies with very tight budgets?

Hello altoid. Our succession planning software is designed for small to medium sized businesses on a limited budget. Its based on MS Excel, so its easy to use and learn and was designed by a HR consultant that has spent many years implementing succession planning in companies.
