Dear all,
I’ve been offered an exceptional opportunity as a “Managerial Development Consultant” at a Capital Market Authority (semi-governmental).

I am required to develop a comprehensive, integrated, and qualitative strategy for the entire organization. Including internal and external implications of successful performance, (communications, PR ...etc).

I am now thinking of my “scope of work”

Vital info:
The Authority (assembly) manages the control over five sectors under its umbrella:
Insurance market
Securities Market
Leasing market
Real Estate Mortgaging market
Non financial institutions Control Department
The Authority is managed by a board, which is formed by a decision of the local authority.

Organization aims to:
• Sustain, develop and protect the capital market and investors privileges, besides contributing to the national economy.
• To improve the efficiency of the Financial Market ….
• To regulate and monitor the licensing of the mentioned sectors above …
• To develop the investment awareness of investors ….
