Can pre-natal and delivery be excluded for the covered dependent of an associate (other than the spouse)?  Can someone link me to a website?  Thanks in advance!

You need to look at the Interim Final Rules under PPACA.  The issue is the relationship of the adult dependant in connection to the subscriber.  In other words the subscriber is responsible for their dependant under the rule, not their dependant’s dependant.

I don't think this answers the question.  I believe prenatal care and delivery coverage would be considered benefits to the pregnant dependent, not to the dependent's dependent, i.e., the baby.
