We are switching our benefits plan; however, we have two individuals on COBRA, do we need to switch those two to our new plan or can they continue to recieve medical benefits under our old plan.

I would say that's up to your old insurance carrier. But it is standard to transfer COBRAnts to the new policy. Of course, this means getting enrollment forms from them on a timely basis...good luck!

We just went through the same thing, we have five former employees on COBRA, we switched them.
