I've searched the internet for a few days and can't find any assistance on how to creat an excel report that can prorate vacation for employees. I'm trying to convert my company from a anniv. to a calendar based vacation accural and need to prorate current employees for the balance of '06. Does anyone know how or have a spreadsheet like this? I can do it manually, but with 300+ employees eligible, it's a bit time consuming. Thanks!

check your email... I modified the one that I sent you last week to work for multiple employees at once.

I would like to get a copy of the spreadsheet as well. My company is converting from anniv. to a calendar based vacation accural and I need to prorate current employees for the balance of '06.
