I am looking for relevant salary survey information for consulting A/E firms in the Mid-Atlantic region but am striking out on finding any from reliable sources.

That might be a fairly narrow segment. If there's an association which services the A/E industry, you might start there.
Otherwise, you might have to go to one of the big consulting firms to either see if they've done one in the past for a client or how much it'd cost for them to do one for you. These firms might include Watson Wyatt, William M Mercer, or Sibson.
