A W-2C if you have already sent any W-2s to the SSA with the wrong number. I forget if you have to do one for each year, or if one correction goes back historically. Hopefully you caught it in the first year. Then any state payroll taxs forms for unemployment and other state programs (such as disability if your state has it). It's not terribly complicated. Our payroll software has the form and it is easy to fill out, so check with your payroll provider. |
