Has your company thought about how you will handle the insurance fee and transitional reinsurance fees that will begin in 2014 from the Affordable Care Act?  I mean how you will handle these from an HR and payroll point of view?

Will you as an employer pay for this or will you pass this on to your employees?  This will be costly either way.   Do you  think this fee will be billed as a separate billing from the insurance premium?

Thank you for your thoughts on this.
