Need Assistance with Credit Union - Quick

We are looking into changing credit unions and I need to create a small list of potential CU's to bring in to actually speak to.  Many of the local ones reference the state name in the title and

The primary trade group for credit unions, Credit Union National Association, has a website with a simple "Find a Credit Union that is right for you" feature.  You can search by employer, geography and other characteristics.  Here is the link:  http://www.creditunion.coop/

I have worked on also credit union project actullay i have no idea what you want to change in credit union beacuse i am new in this topic but in your post i really know more about credit union and iif i got any idea realted to your question i will surely tell you.

Hello ellymae,

Since you were looking for a quick answer and I've just come across this post several months later I'm sure you've already taken care of this issue.

On the other hand, while you can still shop around for alternatives I can probably enlighten you. I was a Business Development Representative for a credit union for nearly 8 years before moving into HR. That means I worked with HR people from nearly 1300 employers to serve their needs.

One option you might consider is using different local credit unions for your different locations. It may sound like more work but your employees will appreciate the personal service alot more. therer are federally chartered CUs and state chartered CUs...there are also strictly employer sponsored CUs and there are community CUs (determining who can join).
