You might consider an on-line group - like http://www.phrexamprep.com/product6.htm - although there are others out there too.   I've used them in the past as I live in a rural area and finding a study group to meet with was virtually impossible.  If you are in a metropolitan area, you may have better luck finding folks to meet with.  Good luck, in any case.
