This probably isn't what you're looking for but I found it quite interesting.

A few weeks ago on another HR legal forum an irate husband posted, demanding to know how he could go about suing his wife's employer for allowing his wife to have an affair with a married coworker.  Whiloe it's unlikely he'd win such a lawsuit, I can see lots of angles he and a sharp attorney could come up with to badger his soon-to-be-ex-wife's employer into possibly offering a settlement.
